Our engagements
Three ways to start improving.
Each engagement is bounded, deliverable-defined and priced openly. Choose the scope that fits your current situation — there is no obligation to commit to more than one at a time.
Back to HomeHow we approach the work
Observe, adjust, measure — then repeat
Our methodology is rooted in lean thinking but applied selectively. We do not bring a fixed programme and apply it uniformly. We begin by understanding what is actually happening in your process — the real sequence, the delays, the informal workarounds — before suggesting anything.
From there, we work with your team to test small adjustments, observe the effect and decide what to keep or modify. This cycle continues until the process is noticeably smoother and your team feels confident continuing without us.
Cycle time focus
How long things take from start to finish
Rework reduction
Work that has to be redone because it was wrong
Waiting time
Where work sits idle between steps
Handover quality
How cleanly work passes between people

Engagement 02
Improvement Project & Coaching
A structured engagement to run a focused improvement project alongside your team, applying lean thinking in a practical, approachable way. We help define the problem, test small changes and measure the difference, while coaching your people so the thinking stays after we leave. The focus is capability, not jargon.
What's included
- Problem definition and scoping workshop with your team
- Written project plan agreed before work begins
- Regular coaching sessions throughout the engagement
- Facilitated change testing and results tracking
- Close-out review with documented results

Across all engagements
Standards that apply to every piece of work
Confidentiality
All process information, performance data and business details observed during engagements remain strictly private to your organisation.
Written scope agreement
Every engagement begins with a written agreement describing scope, timeline, deliverables and fee. Nothing begins until both parties have agreed in writing.
Senior-led throughout
The same senior consultant who discusses your situation leads the engagement. Observations, analysis and coaching all sit with the same person.
No scope drift without consent
If additional work becomes relevant during an engagement, we raise it openly. Additional scope only proceeds with your explicit agreement and a revised fee.
Klang Valley travel included
On-site travel within the Klang Valley and Shah Alam district is included in all published fees. Sites further afield are discussed before engagement start.
No pressure to continue
Each engagement is complete in itself. There is no obligation to continue to the next tier. We are glad when clients choose to do more work with us — but only when it makes sense for them.
Fees
Open, fixed pricing
All fees are in Malaysian Ringgit and cover the full engagement as described. No hourly billing, no variable add-ons.
